Do you know SkabelonDesign?
We are an internationally oriented software and consulting company, and we help our clients optimize their use of Microsoft Office – from implementing their visual identity and brand to increase both productivity and job satisfaction for their employees. More than 2 million users use our solutions every day to create documents and presentations, and among our clients you will find companies such as Carlsberg, Maersk, Novo Nordisk, Deloitte and several of the world’s largest law firms and consulting firms – so maybe you know us without knowing it!
We are currently growing both in scope and number of employees. We are about to open an office in New York and are in the middle of an exciting internationalization and branding process, as our customers are increasingly outside DK. We are currently looking for a technically competent colleague for our Danish office to solve internal IT issues, thus being our key go-to person for approx. 68 people.
What are you going to work with?
Your most essential task is to support us in relation to the practical challenges that arise in a busy office where everyone depends on their tools to work – hardware as well as software.
Your tasks will include:
- Troubleshooting hardware and software
- Setting up new computers
- Installation of Windows, Office, and a standard package of programs
- Maintenance and setup of hardware
- Installation of new hardware components (RAM or Hard Disk)
- Cleaning of hardware
- Setting up monitors, switches, network cables
- Testing mouses / keyboards, re-pairing sensors etc.
- Patching network cables
In the long run, your responsibilities and work tasks will depend on your competencies and personal ambitions as we are a company that supports our employees in their individual development.
What kind of company is SkabelonDesign?
When it is not Corona, we appreciate social events such as company football, badminton club and Friday bar, just as we occasionally go out and experience the world together. We have eaten oysters in Paris, enjoyed a company weekend in Barcelona and most recently a spa stay in Halmstad.
Our office is newly renovated and located on Wilders Plads right down to Christianshavn’s canal and restaurant Undici, where we hopefully can enjoy our lunch soon again! Here is plenty of light and air, while being close to everything – including the metro, the canals, and the city centre.

You must be able to work at least 20-25 hours a week over 3 days and you both speak and write English.
